As a rehabilitation researcher, Dr. Elegast Monbaliu saw a clear gap in wheelchair technology.
Standard controls left people with complex motor impairments without independent mobility.
CLINIC
That clinical challenge became the starting point for a multidisciplinary research project at KU Leuven.
