3. Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We use these service providers, which process data only on our instructions: HubSpot (contact form messages), Google Analytics (statistics, only with your consent), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection) and our hosting provider. Some blog posts contain YouTube videos; these only load after you accept marketing cookies, after which YouTube (Google) processes data under its own privacy policy. HubSpot, Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States; they are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also share data with distributors when you are interested in their products, or with authorities when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep your data
Contact form messages: up to 2 years after our last contact. Client data: as long as the relationship lasts and as long as the law requires afterwards. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Job applications: up to 1 year. Statistics data: 14 months.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy, or withdraw your consent at any time. E-mail info@comoveit.com. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be, contact@apd-gba.be).
Cookie Policy
We use cookies that are needed for the website to work. Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics cookies for statistics and load YouTube videos, which set YouTube cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, our spam protection, sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser.
